hello. i know i really totally shouldn't be here right now cuz i have like a REAL O LEVEL BIO SPA TOMORROW and yet here i am. sitting here typing happily away with bai fen bai playing in the background and me totally deluding myself into thinking i've studied enough-_-but seriously you know. i've forgotten how boring studying is. seriously. i literally had to gorge myself with chocolate just to stay awake. and after eating my way through the entire stash in the fridge, which is not small by the way, and undoubtly putting on at least 2kg while i was at it, i had to continuously drip eye drops in my eyes-_-which kind of defeated the purpose of staying awake, since like i couldn't exactly study while dripping eye drops into my eyes.
so i gave up and came online:D
but i'll be offline by 5.30. I WILL BE!!!

hello. i have made a decision: i am going to try to keep my blog posts short now :D i realise they really are quite long. so. i shall summarise from now on :P
anw. shall start on my day :D which was really REALLY exhausting. started with chinese. which is always stressful cuz wu lao shi makes us all work so hard T_T but i love her anyway :D then came SS, where ms hazelin like zoomed through all the slides and i wasn't allowed to stop copying throughout the lesson. then came english, where we had a compo test and i somehow managed to crap out a 500+ word essay. can you believe it was actually meant to be a narrative with a lil bit of expository at first, then somehow the expository evolved into a descriptive. then i decided to go all descriptive from there, but somehow or other the ending became a narrative sorta thing-_-haha. then came a maths, which totally gave me a headache cuz in 2 periods i only managed like 4 qns or something, cuz i kept making careless mistakes then i'd spend like 20 mins looking for it and erasing and redoing and erasing and redoing.etc -_- after that we went for CIP. an adventure through Katong -___- whoopee. what an exciting journey. i saw peranakan stuff! and.. nonya stuff! and then. erm. ba zhang! :D hahaha. but seriously. i pity the p5 kids im gonna have to take, cuz it's gonna be such a boring... learning journey for them. yes, that's the word :P haha. anw. we just basically walked through with a work sheet and writing down whatever she said. boring, like i said.plus it kept raining, and about half of us didn't have an umbrella. so we had to keep taking cover and waiting for the rain to stop. so in the end we ended like half an hour early :D yay for us :P especially me and nicolette. we just like walked home from there pls-_- i got home in 10 mins:P a first!:D heehee. so then i just slacked at home for the rest of the day. didn't do anything at all. NOTHING.
sigh. wish i could live life like this everyday.

anyway. today was quite a funny day. started out with getting caught for being late for assembly -___-" honestly. the march was still playing when we came down. then they went to block us. aiya. anyway. like, at least 40-50+ sec 4s got caught? hahahaha omg i found that so amusing. then we had to stand for the entire assembly+silent reading-_-plus got spot check. amazingly, i didn't get caught for anything! :D even though my fringe was too long and my nails were long too and my socks were folded.
lols. i sound so pai kiah. but whatever. must be my professionalism :D that prevented me from getting caught i mean. haha. and my swiftness in pulling up socks :PP hehe.
anyway.then mr tang called all the sec 4s over for a 'scolding'. which just turned out to be him telling us that it was embarrassing to scold sec 4s for this kind of thing and that we should have better time management and blah...blah.....blah.....
whatever. the next funny period after that was... GB -_- ok, so not that much of a funny day. still. funny events occurred. the only funny thing about GB was the running away from drill part. which was amusing too :D
then i came back, read my book, watched a hilarious episode of bai fen bai, ate dinner, read my book, bathed, onned the comp

anyway. they accused me(k, they didn't directly accuse me. but they made it clear that they totally thought i was lying) of like just forgetting to take them out or something and making up an excuse. well, guess wat? THEY REALLY ARE INFECTED! HA HA HA! anyway. today was... rather eventful. k not really. the most interesting subject today was lit. and only cuz i've got a lot to complain about -_- hmm. let's start with the beginning of the lesson, shall we?:D
first of all, mrs koh spent like almost the whole of the first period fiddling with the projector wire-ie thingies. i was at the back reading what has got to be one of the best issues of Play magazine ever :D then, when she finally gave up and went to get the technician, she came back all grumpy and was like "we've wasted so much time already, let's quickly get started." and even though she technically wasn't scolding us, she made it sound like it was our fault that it turned out the cable was spoilt or something. so then, we finally got started on Midsummer Night's Dream and gosh man, she goes sooo... slooowlyyy......
she goes like word by word please! i got bored after a while cuz she kept side tracking. like, we came across the word 'sweetmeats' and then she started talking about some dish in India or whatever -_- so me and shir just continued with the book ourselves. and the characters are like so luo suo pls!! nearly died. shir ended up doing like translations at the side of every page, and i'll give you a typical example of a translation. i shall type it all out :D

hello! wow, im surprised at myself. im still blogging quite regularly after almost a month! almost:P ah wells. we'll see if i manage to keep this up for much longer :D
anywaay. today was a regular saturday. woke up at like 11+ :D then went for tuition. came back. took a nap on the floor (literally) and then went to do my homework. couldn't stand it after a while and came online :D that's my brief summary :P
and i realise im a bad influence on people. seriously. it's like, every single group tuition i go to, i end up barely learning anything cuz i end up talking and talking and laughing with whoever im with. also, it seems that i have influenced multiple people to stone more than is healthy (which is sadly what i do-_-) or to start stoning when one shouldn't. e.g. in class during lesson time,or occasionally when someone is talking to someone (also something which i tend to do -__-). i have also influenced at least one person in particular to move in slow motion (another habit of mine :D)
hahaha. now that i look at it, it looks so funny. but it's true. everyone i walk with walks slower than usual thanks to me tending to move at the same speed at which the Earth rotates. and i stone at all times of the day, wherever i am, whatever i am doing. like i actually started stoning last year during the Chinese oral exam when the teacher was asking me the topic for the conversation thing -_- seriously! still can't believe i managed to pull that off.

hello. haven't updated in a while. and that would be cuz of... SCHOOL! -_- and it's only the like, 5th day of school, can you believe it? and we're like rushing so much now (except for a few CERTAIN subjects :P) it's as though it's the last few weeks of term 3. in a non-sec 4 year la, duh.
ahhh it's like just crazy. i had my first test of the year today - Mock Chem SPA.
i already know what the result's gonna be. i predict : 3/10. cuz i totally screwed up the analysis part -.- gaaaahhhh. please God, don't let it be graded. although i still don't get what the point is about graded stuff now -.- i thought everything was just about Os. haha. anyway. i shall talk about the shitty teachers i have now :D
okay there's ms ferng. don't even need to talk about her. next. koh ee lin. omg, sit in her lesson, can DIE. it's not that she's boring. it's just that she's so so so random and thus never gets anything done. it's like, in today's lit lesson, she started off by talking about Os. which is ok. then she suddenly changed the topic to FANS. as in like, ceiling fans, standing fans? those kind of fans -.- then slowly the topic changed to her kampong days and her playing some 20cent game with the ice cream man o.O i dunno. i wasn't even listening anymore. i was attempting to get past the 1st page of the moronic Midsummer Night's Dream. i got down 3/4 of the page while koh ee lin talked. which was about..20+ mins?-.- seriously. im doomed for this book. but, god, it's so long-winded. and all the grammar's all topsy turvy from today's modern english. like yoda :D so yes, it takes me freakin long to understand what it's trying to say -.-
ok. last teacher. judy wong. omg, she's so SCARY. she like, stares at you dead in the eye when she's talking to the class. that is, if you're the unlucky one she decides to stare at. it's like having a staring contest with her. and her eyes are BIG. which just makes it scarier. worst of all, she..(1 second passes).. taaaalkss(another second passes)..like..(1 second)...thiiis(exaggerate the s). omg, it's so slow. added to that, she's more long winded than shakespeare. k, not that bad, but almost at that level. in like, 1hr 10 mins, she managed to cover...oh...about 3 pages of textbook. and mind you, she never stopped talking during the entire time, save for the pause she makes between every word.
sigh. good thing geog is a self-study subject. so it's not as doomed as my lit or chem-.-
ah wells. at least my chinese might have hope. i've got a good chinese teacher :D although she already like dislikes me. and we've only had like. 3 lessons with her-.- i think i have a talent for pissing off chinese teachers. they've all hated me since pri 1. no, since kindergarden. my chinese teacher didn't like me then either =_= haha my secret talent.

so happy ^^ it's damn nice too. k, half of the songs i hadn't heard before were good. the other couple.. very normal la.
but i don't care. because i am a crazy fanatic and thus everything fei lun hai does is perfect :D haha

hahaha. im so original with my post titles -.- k anyways. today mothing much happened at school. pretty much the same old boring stuffs. except that i was made english monitress (NOOOOOOOOOOOOO..... not koh ee lin!! D:) , i've pretty much confirmed that chemistry this year is either going to be very extremely rushed, or we're gonna be doing self-study for at least half the topics, judging by the pace ms ferng went at today. she took like, 2 periods for 2 pages of WORKBOOK!!
we're doomed, i tell you.
and maybe it's just me, but ms ferng's eyebrows seem to have like, gotten higher o.O so now she looks angrier than ever when she doesn't smile and more surprised/evil as ever when she does. creepy.
other than those... nothing much. but after school...
me and denyce and baoru and isabella went all the way to bishan cuz.. TODAY THE FEI LUN HAI ALBUM IS RELEASED!!!!!! *AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!*
xD hahaha we were so excited la! k, me and denyce and baoru were excited. isabella's not a flh fan, she jus got dragged along by baoru :D haha. anw. we like ran (k fine, we didn't run. but we did walk at a faster than normal pace. faster than mine, anyway :D) all the way up 3 storeys to Sembawang, waving our pre-order cards around. then the woman there was like "oh. hai mei lai"

we were like WTH?! la. so we stuck around for about an hour at Mac's hoping that they'd call us to tell us that we could collect it alr. but nooo. nothing. so we left. then, around 6+, they called me to tell me the album was FINALLY there.

ok. today was the second day of school and it was much much much worse than the first day -.- k not that bad la actually. except that like at EVERY SINGLE LESSON the teachers would all start off with a lecture about the fact that it's O level year and so we must all work really really really hard and no slacking and blah blah blah. when the lecture is done, move on to the freaking us out by showing us how much content we have to cover BEFORE THE MID-YEARS (which is in like, april or something) and then go on to happily say so. let's start the lesson now, shall we?
this happened about 5 times today at least -.- plus this year they terminated the Homeroom system (HALLEUJAHHH) and so now we're back to the classroom system. which is good cuz now we don't have to walk, but bad (in a way) cuz we have like one and a half times the number of periods in one day. not used to it. so at the end of today i was like so tired and woozy from the overloading of my poor vegetated brain. here're the exercises we did today that pretty much killed my brain all over again :
1. Chinese - wu lao shi made us like MEMORISE every single person in the class's chinese name. then list out when it comes to your turn. *GAAAAHHH*
this was the first period of the day. so you can only guess how well i did at that -.-
2. SS - POP QUIZ on sec 3 chapter 2
k, so we did it in groups of 4 and it wasn't really a pop quiz, but it still involved me racking my brain for things that have long ago ran out of my brain for a more active one :P
3. A Maths - absorb an all-new topic. ok, so the topic was relatively easy to understand, but don't forget the state of my brain. so. can you believe that it took me three whole seconds to calculate 2+1? =.= neither can i. and i was thinking hard during those three seconds too. what am i going to do with this brain of mine??? =_=
zzz. anyway. that's about all the, erm, exhuastive work i did today. exhaustive for me, anyway.
im getting the feeling that i shouldn't have spent 7/8 of my Dec hols stoning in front of the computer, rotting my brain away. haiz.

today was the first day of school >< actually it wasn't so bad. i spent most of the day catching up on my chem homework (aka, copying :D) and talking. haha. it's so cool to be a sec 4! feel so senior-ie :P haha. still kinda unbelievable though. so fast, i'm already a sec 4. next it'll be, so fast, Os are here. then after that will be so fast, im getting married! haha, jkjk, dun think that will come so fast :P hehx. anw. today was pretty good, for a first day. didn't do anything much. got all the administrative stuff done. found out the timetable (which is why now im actually rushing my commonwealth. i took a break :D) and some of my subject teachers. and HALLELUJAH, DONG'S NOT TAKING ME FOR LIT!!! koh ee lin is -.-which actually isn't much of an improvement, but whatever. ANYONE is better than dong :P k other than those, didn't really do much. sat through the normal first day of school talk. mrs lee did that of course. i was kinda disappointed, cuz she didn't really scold us much about the click five thing ): haha i dunno why, but i always find her scoldings amusing. here is a quote from today's speech: "Pop culture will never be a part of PL." HA as if man! honestly, you'd think that after 10 years or something being a principal, she'd understand her students better-.-look at me!im PURE proof that pop culture exists part of PL. so all i can do is laugh at her. hahaha! :P
hmm. nth much after all that. i should be doing my commonwealth anyway -.- moronic commonwealth. but i'll be changing my blogskin soon! but i won't update the links yet. it's all in the other comp :D hehx
