hey guys. sorry i haven't been blogging lately :/ either been too busy or too lazy. haha. anyways, this is gonna be a loooong post, since i haven't post anything for like. 10 days. wow.
anw. this week was like the
looooongestttttt week of my entire jc life (which, technically, isn't saying much, since i've only been in jc like. a month. but whatever). partially cuz now i have lessons 10 hours a day instead of one. mostly cuz i was missing evren ): but overall, i guess the week was okay. not the best, but not the worst either. normal. my class isn't as bad as i thought, but still very clique-ish ): sighs. but most of the girls are very nice :D and the guys are fine. hope i grow to love everyone.
ANYWAY. i want to blog about wednesday! cuz it was cross country and IT WAS THE FUNNIEST AND FUNNEST CROSS-COUNTRY I'VE EVER ATTENDED :D omg seriously. it was hilarious. i'll start from the top ;)
k, so i was dismissed early (along with about 3/4 of my class) cuz we all signed up for the competitive run :D haha for fun la. plus all the competitive geog students ponned geog tgt. lols. cuz there was only like 10 mins left AND it was a lecture. i didn't miss anything ;P so anyways. went off to look for my beloved OG, and from there we went to bishan park. OH EM GEEEEEZ it was FRIGGIN HOT i tell you. like scorching afternoon sun literally BAKING you. PLUS. humidity to the max. the air must've been 99.9999% saturated or something AT LEAST -_- nearly died just standing around. so anw. the competitive guys started first. they had to run 4.4km (>:D hahaha). so, as per normal, everyone crowds up the small running track and waits for the horn to sound. then, the horn sounds, and about 90% of the guys take off. then there's this small bunch behind like STROLLING and queen-waving to the crowd. HAHAHA. and they were competitive runners. soooo funny :D then came the girls' competitive. when the horn sounded, we all took off too. but me and my friend (serene :DD) decided to stop running like after about 100m. LOL. our only aim was to not come in last :D so we like literally strolled all the way, ADMIRING THE SCENERY. hahaha. still had time to chat with vanesa and someone i met at a stupid NE talk at the water station, lols. the mass runners totally caught up to us -_- but whatever. we just took off our tags so it wasn't that embarrassing :D
then came the funny part
it started raining. not that heavily, but like big fat raindrops. and me and serene were still strolling, talking about howmuch we loved rain :D then the rain got heavier. we continued strolling. cuz it seriously felt damn shiok. then ppl started running, and we heard one of the teachers nearby talking into his walkie-talkie and saying that there had been a strike nearby. THEN we started running. hahahaahha super hilarious. but not all the way la. we stopped cuz we were tired. and we loved the rain :D so we continued strolling until the tents were sort of in sight. that was when we realised how heavy the rain was (the tents were like, white. yes, it was THAT heavy) and we started running like crazy. hahaha. splashed through the puddles and took shelter under the Oldham tent for a while (we were thoroughly soaked i tell you. like wetter than taking a shower. plus we were wearing white tees -_- zzzz). ran over to the SVM tent a lil later and grabbed our stuff. the WHOLE of ACJC was like sheltering under the neighbouring HDB flats la. goodness. it was chaos. but super fun :D eveb though we were soaked to the bone. my shoes were totally flooded -_- they're still outside drying now, as a matter of fact.
anws. after much calling and shouting, managed to find the rest of the OG (: and we went out for OG outing in our wet clothes and all. HAHA. we love each other too much, lols. shivered in the bus all the way back to AMK hub. changed back into our uniforms and EXPLORED the friggin place (by accident -_-) by going up and down the escalators like 3 times or something. super funny. anw, after FINALLY finding the food court, we ate yummy ban-mian and played 7-UP. videos are up on facebook (: suuuuuper fun. mixed together this disgusting drink. think there was milo, grape soda, sour plum, lemon tea... can't rmb is there was anything else. but it was quite gross, haha. everyone kenaed at least once. i PKed with emmanuel (and won! :D haha. but NEARLY lost a few times before that. ONLY nearly ^^) haha! i rock :P then after that took ages to decide what to do. cuz we didn't wanna go home :P so in the end, (after most of us had to go home anw ://) we flipped a coin and went to play pool. it was just me, alice, terry, emman and ryan. hahaha omg we felt so guilty for being out so late on a school night la! it was like. 8.30 when we reached monster cue. and we siamed at 9.15. not even one hour. cuz me and terry had to chiong home by 10 -_- was late anw. but no scolding! terry not so lucky though :X oh wells.
anw. then on thursday had swim pe. retarded. wore my ugly swimming costume and showed my fats to the world. got grouped into the intermediate - freestyle 2 group. which i dun mind cuz it's not advanced (have to play water polo-_-) and ryan, terry and ying ting are there :D haha so im not alone ^^ that was the main highlight of thursday. i ponned hockey PT :P hehehe.
friday was founder's day. suuuuuper boring (not that im surprised :P). omg one of the longest 2 hours i've ever sat through. my whole class was like sleeping la pls. then later we were eating cookies :D haha! we swore we'd bring more snacks for next year's founder's day. hahaha! so fun.
ANYWAY. after service was...
OG OUTING :DDDDDD
omg i was so happy!! OG outings rock (: travelled to city hall first so that tanya could buy her hockey stick. i got me some adhesive thing to decorate my stick :D met vanesa, who had to walk back into the mrt after walking 10 steps out. suuuuper funnyyyyyy. hahaha! im still laughing now as i type it. then we went to the cathay to eat lunch at some cheap suchi place which was quite nice :D not bad la, for 99c per plate. then, went to buy serene's birthday cake and play pool :DD pooled for like. 3 hours? goodness. super draining. but damn fun :D i've gotten better! after how many hours of playing over the past 2 weeks -_- lols. then, naomi, alice, serene, vanesa, emman and his friend YouWei came over to my house for GUITAR HERO :DDDD omg suuuuper fun pls! even though i served them instant noodles for dinner :///// seriously super high la. played all the way til 9.30. our band rocked :PP vanesa was the hummer(i say hummer and not singer. because all she did was hum the pitch and not bother with the lyrics. suuuuper funny. haha), youwei was the guitarist, emman was the drummer. i was the bass drum (aka pedal. HAHA). so retarded. but they helped me unlock so many songs! :D yay! hope they come over again. i need help unlocking the rest -_- ahhhhh. guitar hero rocks. evren rocks. i wanna play with them agaiinnnn. was so sad when yesterday ended ): BUT NVM. NEXT SATURDAY WE'RE GONNA CELEBRATE TANYA'S BIRTHDAY :DDD OG OUTING!! can't wait! ^^
anw. gtg. got lotsa homework to do -_- zzzz. back to reality
